No. “Ear Tipping” is the sign of beloved cats. Clipping the edge of a cat’s ear indicates that it has received an operation. It is the result of a volunteer group that is trying to prevent cat killing by administrative agencies.
This book explains about killing animals and birth control mainly using photos of “ear tipped cats”. The sentences are simple enough for elementary and middle school children to understand and the importance of life is clearly emphasized.
